Organic celery

Celery is a vegetable with a bitter taste and intense aroma. Celery benefits are many, it is healthy and refreshing due to its water content, mineral salts and vitamins. It is usually eaten raw, in salads, but its use in broths and soups is also common.

At Verdimed, our organic, crunchy and fresh celery growing takes place in plantations in the Region of Murcia. And we harvest the crop from November to April.

Organic Celery is rich in vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B6, C) and minerals (potassium, sodium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, selenium and calcium). It also provides our body with essential oils.

It can be eaten raw, cooked or in juice. In addition to its crunchy texture and flavour, celery juice helps calm nerves and is a good remineralizer. It is a very healthy option in shakes and as an accompaniment to meat and fish.

This kind of organic products are healthy and prevent diseases. Moreover, they do not use antibiotics or any chemicals in their production and organic celery maintains the whole quality.
