Organic spinach

Spinach benefits are many, it is rich in fibre, minerals (calcium) and vitamins A, E and K. The health benefits of spinach are many. Like carrots, it is rich in beta-carotene, it helps improve skin health and it prevents degenerative conditions, heart diseases and eye diseases.

It can be eaten raw or cooked.



Organic spinach is an excellent source of vitamins K, A, C and folic acid. It is also rich in manganese, magnesium, iron and vitamin B2. Vitamin K is important for bone health, and it’s hard to find vegetables with more vitamin K than spinach. They are also especially important for eye health.
