Red Chard

Red chard growing takes longer than other varieties, which gives red chard leaves a much brighter red colour in its veins, resulting in a strong contrast against the natural green colour.

We select the leaves very carefully to maintain the strength and uniformity of the product, leaving out the weaker ones.
