Babies

Verdimed has developed baby or mini vegetables. These are smaller size vegetables they are grown in a different way, with much higher plant density, and using techniques which allows us to maintain the original quality.
Although Baby or mini vegetables are smaller in size they maintain their freshness for eating like the rest of the products offered by Verdimed.
Verdimed has been pioneer in the development and growth of crop systems specifically used to produce baby vegetables.
The varieties that we grow are baby broccoli, baby cauliflower, baby romanesco and baby purple cauliflower. We can mix the baby vegetables in the packs in any way, to satisfy the customer demand.
