Celery

Celery is formed by a thick stalk stem finished with leaves. It’s a product suitable for fresh consumption in salads and it can be used in soups. Celery is one of the vegetables with a highest mineral content.

In its two growing seasons, winter and spring, celery is produced in bunches of 28-30 cm long and is packed in different sizes.
